Above and beyond!
It was a tricky sale with a lot to get done in a short time. 1) The open house was on short notice with bad weather looming – but it went flawlessly and led to multiple bids. The bids were well above my expectations. 2) It was a short escrow and Reginald Durant helped in many many ways to help me get the house ready to turn over.
